It extends in a long rectangle between Iron Mill Lane and Crayford Way from Crayford Town Centre to Thames Road.

It is around a 10-15 minute walk to Crayford BR station, with a direct line to London Bridge, (35 mins) Waterloo, Charing Cross and Cannon Street.

The A2 is around 5 minutes drive from the house with fast access to London and Kent, and the Queen Elizabeth II bridge and Dartford Tunnel is around 2-3 miles from the house, giving access to Essex.

There is a regular Bus service accessing Bexleyheath, the major shopping area in the borough (around 10 minutes away) and Bluewater shopping Mall-the largest in Europe at present, around 30 minutes.

In addition, Crayford has its own high street with many small shops, as well as the Tower Retail Park with Comet, Currys, Boots etc only 5 minutes away. Sainsbury's supermarket is the nearest food retailer based just off the High Street
